Nature of duties:

Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, MI, an NCAA Division III, liberal arts institution in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, is seeking to fill a position as assistant men’s lacrosse coach. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in the development of, leading and organizing all facets of a Division III men’s lacrosse program, knowledge of and adherence to MIAA and NCAA rules, recruiting, practice planning and execution, scouting and preparation for upcoming opponents, and mentoring student-athletes. Experience playing or coaching the face-off position is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

This is a part-time, stipend position payable January to June 2024.

Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, with proven successful men’s lacrosse coaching experience, the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends, a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accord with the College’s driver policy.
